后疫情时代示范应用型本科医学院校工科类专业校企合作现状及建设研究

摘　　要：探讨后疫情时代示范应用型本科医学院校生物医学工程专业校企合作现状、面临的问题及解决措施。校企合作的重要形式之一是企业无偿为学校提供顶岗实习,通过调研2016—2020届共5届毕业生对实习企业实习效果的满意程度分析,85.4%的毕业生对在企业实习表示满意,其中更是解决了64.0%学生的就业问题。通过校企合作机制,充分利用校企合作共建的中心和实验室的硬件资源,培养、锻炼学生创新创业能力,在全国各项比赛中屡创佳绩。取得一定成绩的同时,也存在一定问题,主要包括学校与企业对校企合作的认知程度不够;学校与企业合作意愿高,但合作质量低;学校开设的课程与和市场要求脱节等,提出几点解决措施:依据应用型人才培养目标修订培养方案,建立校企合作共同开发设计课程的有效机制,建设“双师型结构”教师队伍,完善构建以培养“卓越医学工程师”为目标的“3+1”校企合作培养模式,充分发挥企业技术学科特色,加强校企合作,以企业需求为导向,调整专业课程设置,建立订单式培养模式。To discuss the current situation,problems and solutions of school-enterprise cooperation in biomedical engineering majors in demonstration and application-oriented undergraduate medical colleges in the post-epidemic era.One of the important forms of school-enterprise cooperation is that enterprises provide free internships for schools.According to the analysis of the satisfaction degree of the five graduates from 2016 to 2020 on the internship effect of the internship company,85.4%of the graduates are satisfied with the internship in the company.Among them,the employment problem of 64.0%of the students has been solved.Through the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,we make full use of the hardware resources of the centers and laboratories jointly established by school-enterprise cooperation,cultivate and exercise students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and have repeatedly achieved good results in various competitions across the country.While some achievements have been made,there are also some problems,mainly including the lack of awareness of school-enterprise cooperation between schools and enterprises;the high willingness of schools and enterprises to cooperate,but the low quality of cooperation.The courses offered by the school are out of touch with the market requirements.Several solutions are proposed:revise the training plan according to the training objectives of applied talents,establish an effective mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation to jointly develop and design courses,and build a"double-qualified structure"teaching team,to improve the construction"3+1"school-enterprise cooperation training mode with the goal of cultivating"excellent medical engineers" will give full play to the characteristics of enterprise technology disciplines and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation. Guided by the needs of enterprises, adjust the professional curriculum and establish an order-based training model.
