摘 要:专业教育既是“专门学业”的教育,也是“专门职业”的教育,从国内外专业教育的演进特征来看,通识教育、专业教育、职业教育三者在人才培养过程中逐渐呈现良性互动。围绕“为何而教”“为何而专”这一逻辑起点,“山”字型人才培养模式专业教育超越传统专业教育,既回应地方就业市场的需求,培养能够胜任专业工作的实践者,凸显职业性;也立足学术性,培养胜任职业持续发展需要的知识生产与创新能力;同时贯穿通识性,充实专业教育的长久适切性,提升专业教育育人的基本属性。在实践过程中,构建职业性、学术性、通识性相融合的课程体系,探索通专融合、产学联动、兼顾双创的课程教学范式。Professional education involves not only the education of a specialized discipline”but also that of a specialized career”.From the evolution of professional education at home and abroad,general education,academic capability fostering and occupational skill training have gradually shown the tendency of positive interaction in the process of talent training.With the logical starting point of why to teach”and why to specialize”,the talent training model in the pattern of the Chinese character山(meaning‘mountain’)”transcends the traditional professional education.This model responds to the needs of the local job market,fosters the competency in knowledge production and innovation for the sustainable development of the profession,and goes all the way with general education,highlighting the basic attributes of professional education in cultivating people.The practice of this model requires the construction of a curriculum system integrating occupational skill training,academic capability fostering and general education,and calls for a teaching mode of double centers at different dimensions,taking care of both general and specialized education,both production and learning,and both entrepreneurship and innovation.
