摘 要:目的 探讨角色扮演联合以问题为导向(PBL)教学方法在临床药学实践教学中的运用。方法 以2020年6—12月在本院临床药学部门实习的临床药学专业实习学生为教学对象,运用角色扮演联合PBL教学法进行实践教学,在课程结束后,通过问卷星发放调查问卷,评价教学效果。结果 75%以上的临床药学实习学生认为在临床药学实习教学中开展角色扮演联合PBL教学是可行且必要的,有助于加强临床药学专业理论知识的学习与运用,提高学生参与临床药学实习的积极性和主动性。超过50%的学生认为角色扮演联合PBL教学方法能够提增强学生学习的主观能动性,提高运用专业理论知识解决临床用药问题的能力以及团队协作、交流沟通能力。65%以上的学生认为角色扮演联合PBL教学过程中,带教老师在提高学生正确使用学习资源、主动学习,分析问题、解决问题等能力方面发挥了重要作用。结论 运用角色扮演联合PBL教学法,有利于提升临床药学专业实践教学质量。Objective To investigate the application of roleplay combined with problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method in practice teaching of clinical pharmacy.Methods From June to December 2020,the clinical pharmacy students who interned in the clinical pharmacy department of our hospital were taught,and the role-play joint PBL teaching method was used for practical teaching,and after the course,questionnaires were distributed through questionnaire stars to evaluate the teaching effect.Results More than 75% of clinical pharmacy students thought that it was feasible and necessary to carry out roleplay combined with PBL teaching in clinical pharmacy practice teaching.And its helpful to strengthen the study and application of theoretical knowledge of clinical pharmacy specialty,and improve the enthusiasm and initiative of students to participate in clinical pharmacy practice.More than 50% of students believed that PBL combined with role-play could enhanced students’ subjective initiative in learning,improve their ability of using professional theoretical knowledge to solve clinical medication problems,and improve the ability of teamwork and communication.More than 65% of the students thought that in the process of roleplay combined with PBL teaching,the teacher played an important role in improving students’ ability ofproper use o learning resources,activelearning,problemanalysis and problemssolving.Conclusion Role-play combined with PBL teaching method is helpful to improve the quality of practice teaching of clinical pharmacy.
