摘　　要：“现代学徒制”是我国职业教育改革背景下提出的一项全新尝试与举措,其实质是一种基于“产教融合”理念下而推行的校企深度合作模式。对现代学徒制而言,最关键的是对教师力量的全面整合,以及对课程模式的创新调整。基于此,文章对“现代学徒制”理念下的中职机械制图教学改革进行了研究,从教学开展过程中需要把握的关键事项入手,进而分析教师队伍的有效建设。随后在“教师+师傅”的双重视角下,对《机械制图》教学改革的具体措施展开研究。“Modern Apprenticeship” is a brand-new attempt and measure put forward under the background of vocational education reform in China. For the modern apprenticeship system, the most important thing is the comprehensive integration of teachers’ power and the innovative adjustment of the curriculum model. Based on this, this paper studies the teaching reform of mechanical drawing in secondary vocational schools under the concept of “modern apprenticeship”, starts with the key issues that need to be grasped in the process of teaching development, and then analyzes the effective construction of the teaching team. Then, from the dual perspective of “teacher + master”, the specific measures of the teaching reform of “Mechanical Drawing” are studied.
