摘 要:孔雀石绿是水产品禁用兽药。通过对各个地区市售水产品中孔雀石绿污染情况进行综合调查研究发现,虽然膳食暴露水平评估风险较低,但是污染情况不容乐观,特别是珠三角地区淡水鱼中孔雀石绿的污染率较高,仍需持续加强监管,提升检测手段。针对此种情况,本文综述了水产品中孔雀石绿检测的各种新技术,包括仪器分析法、表面增强拉曼光谱、分子印迹技术、分子识别技术及电化学传感器等检测技术的基本原理及应用进展。其中,量子点技术、分子印迹技术、纳米金技术及核酸适配体技术等联合使用,可显著提升检测方法的特异性和准确度。在未来的检测中,操作简单、便于携带、检测快速及结果直观准确是今后技术的发展方向。Malachite green is a illegal drug in aquatic products.Through the comprehensive investigation of malachite green pollution in aquatic products sold in various regions,it is found that although the risk assessed from dietary exposure level is low,the situation of malachite green pollution in aquatic products is not optimistic,in particular,the pollution rate of malachite green in Pearl River Delta freshwater fish is relatively high,it is still necessary to continue to strengthen supervision and improve testing methods.In view of this situation,This paper reviews the basic principles and application progress of various new technologies for the detection of malachite green in aquatic products,including instrumental analysis,surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy,molecular imprinting,molecular recognition and electrochemical sensors.Among them,the combination of quantum dot technology,molecular imprinting technology,nano gold technology and nucleic acid aptamer technology can significantly improve the specificity and accuracy of the detection method.In the future,the technology development will be much more simpler,faster and higher accurate.
