摘 要:教师、教材、教法是教学改革微观层面最重要的三个要素,决定着各级各类学校教育教学改革的成败。教师、教材、教法“三教”并列的说法最早出现于教育部等四部门2019年4月4日印发的《关于在院校实施“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点方案》中,三个要素涉及的主体与客体并列同步改革,是我国当前高等职业教育改革的一大创举。在山东、江西、甘肃等地大力推进“职教高地”建设的背景下,1400余所本专科高等职业院校“三教”改革的意蕴何在、如何系统推进改革、如何科学评价改革成效,亟待学校及教育行政部门认真研究落实。Teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods are the three most important elements in the teach⁃ing reform.At the micro level,they determine the success or failure of the education and teaching reform of all kinds of schools at all levels.The statement of“three-teaching”of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods first ap⁃peared in“Pilot Scheme on the Implementation of‘Academic Certificate+Several Professional Certificates’System in Colleges and Universities”issued by the Ministry of Education and other three departments on April 4,2019.The parallel and synchronous reform of the subject and object involved in the three elements is a great innovation in the cur⁃rent reform of higher vocational education in China.Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of“vocational education highland”in Shandong,Jiangxi,Gansu and other places,the significance of the“three-teaching”reform conducted in more than 1400 vocational colleges,how to systematically promote the reform and how to scientifically evaluate the reform results need to be studied and implemented by the vocational schools and education administrative departments.
