摘 要:神经遗传病种类繁多,具有致残率高、危害性大、诊断及治疗困难等特点。近年来,随着分子生物学以及基因编辑技术的进步,各类新方法新技术不断涌现并加以应用,神经遗传病的诊断和治疗也获得新的进展。我国学者在神经遗传病新致病基因的鉴定,以及临床诊疗策略的完善等方面也做出令人瞩目的成绩。There are many kinds of neurogenetic diseases,which are characterized by high rate of disability and perniciousness,and difficult in diagnosis and treatment. In recent years,with the advancement of molecular biology and gene editing technology,various new methods and new technologies have emerged and been applied,and new advances have been made in the diagnosis and treatment of neurogenetic diseases. Chinese scholars have also made remarkable achievements in the identification of new pathogenic genes for neurogenetic diseases and the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies.
