摘 要:幼儿园教师课程领导力是幼儿园教师领导力的核心。幼儿园教师课程领导力包含多元主客体的课程领导互动,非强制特性的课程领导观念以及复合型取向的课程领导能力的内涵。从国家、组织和个人的角度看,关注幼儿园教师课程领导力有助于践行国家层面的幼儿园课程改革,提升幼儿园园内教师专业发展水平以及促进幼儿的领导特质与全方位发展。幼儿园教师的课程领导力的提升需要为幼儿园教师的课程领导力赋权,开展幼儿园教师课程领导力研究与注重不同课程利益主体间的协同。Kindergarten teachers’ curriculum leadership is the core of kindergarten teachers’ leadership.Paying attention to the curriculum leadership of kindergarten teachers will help to practice the kindergarten curriculum reform at the national level,improve the professional development level of kindergarten teachers,and promote the leadership characteristics and all-round development of children.The improvement of kindergarten teachers’ curriculum leadership needs to empower kindergarten teachers’ curriculum leadership,carry out kindergarten teachers’ curriculum leadership research and pay attention to the synergy between different curriculum stakeholders.
