摘　　要：《组织行为学》课程思政教学创新是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。以传播人间正道、引导学生积极行动的教学观念创新为起点,《组织行为学》课程思政教学创新以“总—分—总”的教学目标为驱动力,在教学内容、教学方法和教学评价上进行有的放矢的改革。The ideological and political teaching innovation of the course of Organizational Behavior is an important way to implement the fundamental task of education through moral instructions.Starting from the innovation of teaching concepts that spread the righteousness of the world and guide students to actively act,the ideological and political teaching innovation of Organizational Behavior course is driven by the teaching goal of“general-specific-general”in terms of teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation to carry out targeted reforms.
