摘 要:教育惩戒作为管理学生的重要手段,在促进学生身心健康发展方面起着重要作用。而现实中,教育惩戒呈现出价值认识模糊、主体模糊、尺度模糊、实施效果模糊、救助反馈机制缺失等非理性发展态势。实施合理合法的教育是完善教育评价科学体系、实现教育管理、维护学校教育公共秩序、推动个体自律的内在要求。因此,为实现教育惩戒理性回归,要善用多方载体,缓解和矫正对教育惩戒的偏差认知;明确监督主体,发挥家庭和社会组织在惩戒过程中的作用;细化尺度限度,各地方、各学校要因地制宜深化惩戒细则;完善权利救济,建立和健全学校教育惩戒申诉处理制度。As an important means to manage students,educational punishment plays an important role in promoting students physical and mental health.In reality,educational punishment presents an irrational development trend such as fuzzy value understanding,fuzzy subject,fuzzy scale,fuzzy implementation effect,and lack of assistance and feedback mechanism.The implementation of reasonable and legal education is the internal requirement of improving the scientific system of education evaluation,realizing education management,maintaining the public order of school education,and promoting individual self-discipline.Therefore,in order to realize the rational return of educational punishment,we should alleviate and correct the deviation cognition of educational punishment,clear supervision subject and play the role of family and social organizations in the punishment process,refine the scale limit and deepen the punishment rules for local government and schools according to local conditions,and improve the right remedy,establish and improve the school educational punishment complaint handling system.
