摘　　要：高职通识教育旨在培养学生的综合素养,促进学生的全面发展。解决通识教育在思想认识、管理体系、课程建设和师资力量等方面面临的问题,学分制改革是一个重要的切入点。基于此,高职院校应当充分挖掘学分制功能,优化顶层设计,分析教师胜任力关键影响因素,推进教学内容和课程体系改革,系统提升通识教育效能。Higher vocational general education aims at cultivating students′comprehensive quality and promoting students′all-round development.The credit system reform is an important starting point to solve the problems of general education in ideological understanding,management system,curriculum construction and teachers.Based on this,higher vocational colleges should fully exploit the function of the credit system,optimize the top-level design,analyze the key influencing factors of teachers′competence,promote the reform of teaching content and curriculum system,and systematically improve the efficiency of general education.
