摘 要:目的:探索构建高校中青年教师专业化发展通用模式,巩固教学学术地位。方法:通过文献研究和个别访谈,剖析当前教师专业化发展存在的问题;通过理论研究和实践探索总结出“学研练赛化”五步联动高校教师专业化发展模式。结果:论证了“教学学术”视域下高校教师专业化发展的重要性,尝试提出了落实“五步联动”模式、巩固教学学术地位的对策。结论:教师发展是一个系统工程,既要有宏观设计,又必须有实践落地。研究总结的教师发展模式效果显著,促进了重视教学学术为特征的教学质量文化的形成。Objective:Explore the construction of a general model for the professional development of young and middle-aged teachers in colleges and universities,and consolidate the academic status of teaching.Methods:Analyzing the current problems in the development of teachers’professionalization through literature research and individual interviews.Concluding the five-step linkage teacher professional development model of learning,research,training,competition and conversion"through theoretical research and practical exploration.Results:It demonstrates the importance of professional development of college teachers from the perspective of"teaching academics",and tries to put forward countermeasures to implement the"five-step linkage"model,then consolidate the academic status of teaching.Conclusion:Teacher development is a systematic project,which requires both macro-design and practical implementation.The teacher development model summarized in this paper has a remarkable effect and promotes the formation of a teaching quality culture characterized by emphasis on teaching academics.
