摘 要:母乳和配方乳粉是婴幼儿的主要食物来源,婴幼儿胃肠道食物消化与其早期生长发育及长期健康状况密切相关.新生儿胃肠道发育不完善,常出现蛋白质过敏、乳糖不耐受和脂肪吸收不良等轻度消化问题,可通过饮食调节来改善.近年来,已有不同类型调理配方乳粉用于改善婴幼儿的胃肠道消化状况.本文介绍了婴幼儿胃肠道消化环境,阐述了婴幼儿对蛋白质、乳糖和脂肪等营养素的消化研究进展以及益生菌和益生元对婴幼儿肠道菌群的调节,重点介绍了婴幼儿对水解蛋白配方乳粉、无乳糖配方乳粉、1,3-二油酸-2-棕榈酸(oleic-palmitic-oleic,OPO)结构脂配方乳粉和益生元强化型配方乳粉的消化特性,对婴幼儿食品的未来研究进行了展望,提出了婴幼儿配方乳粉今后的3个发展方向.Breast milk and infant formula are the nutrition sources for babies.The digestion of food in the gastrointestinal of babies is closely related to their early growth and long term health.Due to the immature gast rointestinal tract of newborns,mild digestive problems such as protein allergy,lactose intolerance and fat malabsorption often occur,which can be improved by diet regulation.In recent years.different types of infant formula have been developed to promote infants'digestion.This article introduces the digestive environment of infant gastrointestinal tract and expounds the research progress of infant digestion on protein,lactose and fat,as well as the regulation of infant gut microbial flora by probiotics and prebiotics.It mainly focused on the digestion behavior of infant on the hydrolyzed protein formula.lactose-free formula.oleic palmitic oleic(OPO)structural lipid formula and prebiotic fortified formula.Finally,the future research of infant food was prospected in this study,and three development directions of infant formula were proposed.
