摘 要:课程能力是乡村教师专业素养的关键能力,甚者决定教育改革成败。目前,乡村教师课程能力弱势表征为:课程理解力消解、课程批判力匮乏、课程素养力缺失、学科思维力遮蔽、课程创新力桎梏。提升策略为:转变传统课程角色观念,增强课程自主发展意识;提高课程自主管理水平,增强教师课程综合素养;搭建沟通对话交流机制,形成生态化课程共同体;树立课程变革理想信念,形成课程实践反思能力。Teaching competence is the key factor of rural teachers professional accomplishment,and even the determinates to the success or failure of education reform.At present,the shortcomings of rural teachers’ teaching competenceare mainly demonstrated as follows:the poor understanding of the curriculum construction,and the lack of critical ability,curriculum literacy,thinking ability or creativity in teaching.So,countermeasures are proposed in this paper,i.e.,to change the concept of traditional teachers’ and students’ roles in order to promote the initiatives,to raise the level of course self-management so as to improve the comprehensive quality of teacher,to build a mechanism for better interaction and communication so that an ecological curricular community can be formed,and to be firm in the ideals of curriculum reform and develop reflective abilities during teaching practice.
