摘 要:试验旨在研究35℃15%水分条件下,玉米、豆粕、麸皮按照1∶1∶1比例混合的饲料,在5%和10%的菜籽油、猪油、混合油(菜籽油+猪油)添加量下发霉的状况。选取7份同质量的混合饲料,3份分别加入5%的菜籽油、猪油、混合油(菜籽油+猪油),3份加入10%的菜籽油、猪油、混合油(菜籽油+猪油),1份为对照样品;将7份样品置于35℃培养箱。第20、40 d测定各样品饲料中的水分、粗灰分、粗蛋白、pH值以及粗脂肪含量,采用黄曲霉毒素B_(1)试纸、玉米赤霉烯酮试纸检测样品饲料。结果显示:添加10%混合油的饲料发霉情况最严重;黄曲霉毒素B_(1)试纸、玉米赤霉烯酮试纸检测结果均为阴性;不同的油脂种类对各组饲料的组间水分含量、粗灰分含量、粗脂肪含量、pH值具有显著影响;不同的油脂种类对各组饲料的组间粗蛋白含量无显著影响;不同的油脂添加量对各组饲料组间的粗蛋白、粗灰分、粗脂肪含量及pH值具有显著影响;不同的油脂添加量对各组饲料组间的水分含量无显著影响。研究表明,发霉会降低饲料中的pH值,菜籽油和猪油对黄曲霉毒素B_(1)和玉米赤霉烯酮的生长促进作用不显著。To study the moldy condition of feed mixed with corn,soybean meal and bran at the ratio of 1∶1∶1 at the addition amount of 5%and 10%rapeseed oil,lard and mixed oil(rapeseed oil+lard)at 35℃,15%moisture concentration.Seven mixed feeds with the same quality were taken.Three respectively mixed with 5%of the rapeseed oil,lard and mixed oil(rapeseed oil+lard).Three respectively mixed with 10%of the rapeseed oil,lard and mixed oil(rapeseed oil+lard).One as the control sample.Put seven samples at 35℃in the incubator,in 20,40 d to determine the seven samples feed moisture,crude ash,crude protein,pH value,crude fat.The seven samples were tested with aflatoxin B_(1) and zearalenone test papers.The results showed that added 10%mixed oil,the amount of mold was the largest.The test results of aflatoxin B_(1) test paper and zearalenone were negative.Different oil types had significant effects on moisture,crude ash,crude fat,pH value of the feed.Different oil types had no significant effects on crude protein of the feed.Different amount of oil added had significant effects on crude protein,crude ash,crude fat,pH value of the feed.Different amount of oil added had no significant effects on moisture of the feed.The experiment indicates that feed mildew can reduce pH value of the feed.Rapeseed oil and lard do not promote the growth of aflatoxin B_(1) and zearalenone.
