摘  要:思政课是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的基础和关键课程,建立科学、全面的思政课教师评价体系是高职院校的重点工作之一。目前,高职院校思政课教师考核评价体系建设主要有评价内容缺乏全面性、评价过程缺乏科学性、评价结果反馈缺乏合理性等困惑。通过调研,提出高职院校思政课教师评价体系可从建立多元化的评价内容、制订科学的评价过程、重视评价结果反馈等方面进行构建。Ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges are the foundation and key courses to implement the fundamental task of moral education and cultivating people.Establishing a scientific,comprehensive and diversified teacher evaluation system for teachers of ideological and political courses is one of the priorities of higher vocational colleges.At present,the main problems in the construction of the evaluation system for teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges include the lack of comprehensive evaluation content,the lack of scientific evaluation process,and the lack of rationality of evaluation results feedback.Based on investigation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of the evaluation system for teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of establishing diversified evaluation contents,formulating a scientific evaluation process,and paying attention to the feedback of evaluation results.
