摘 要:为研究不同厚度薄膜包装对迷你黄瓜采后常温贮藏品质的影响,本研究分别采用厚度为10、20、30、40μm的薄膜材料对迷你黄瓜进行包装处理,以打孔包装为对照(CK),置于常温(24±2)℃下进行货架期和贮藏品质的研究,每2 d对黄瓜的相关品质指标进行测定。结果表明,40μm的薄膜包装处理显著延长了迷你黄瓜的货架期,延缓了失重率、相对电导率和丙二醛含量的上升,同时较好地保持了迷你黄瓜的硬度、可溶性固形物(TSS)含量和维生素C含量等品质指标。综上所述,40μm的薄膜是一种较适宜迷你黄瓜的包装材料,可以有效地保持迷你黄瓜的品质,延长其货架期。The work aims to investigate the effects of different thickness film packaging on the quality of mini-cucumber during room temperature storage.We have investigated the effects of different film packaging on the quality and shelf life of the mini-cucumbers,which were packaged with 10,20,30,40μm thick film materials respectively and stored at room temperature(24±2)℃,with the hole-punched packaging as the control(CK).The relevant indexes of mini-cucumber were measured every 2 days.The results showed that 40μm thick film packaging treatment could significantly extend the shelf life of mini-cucumber,delayed the increase of weight loss rate,relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content;and maintain the fruit hardness,soluble solid content(TSS)and vitamin C content.In conclusion,the 40μm polyethylene film was the suitable material for packaging,which was useful for maintaining quality and extending the postharvest shelf life of mini-cucumber.
