摘  要:双师工作站是高职教育产教融合背景下校企合作的创新之举,旨在打破模拟实训室的界限,引企入校、驻校,培育“教学研究与技术研发并重”的双师教学团队。面向旅游市场、旅游行业企业,根据旅游产业链的主要领域设置多方向的双师工作站,构建相互联系的教学平台。发挥双师工作站的优势,校企携手构建工学结合课程链,共同实施项目化教学,构建“教学做合一,课程教学、企业生产、竞赛研究同步”的教学模式。围绕产业发展规划,旅游类专业动态调整育人方向,加强内涵建设,师生的技术创新能力得到提高。As a new initiative of school-enterprise cooperation under the background of industry-education integration in higher vocational education,the workstation of double-qualified teachers is to develop a group of teaching faculty that places equal emphasis on both teaching research and technology development by breaking the boundaries of simulated training rooms so as to attracts enterprises into school and station them there.Integrated with tourist market and enterprises in the industry,a multi-directional workstation,also serving as an interrelated teaching platform, can be established in line with the primary domains of tourism industrial chains.With the advantages of the workstation, colleges and enterprises can work together to build a job-oriented curriculum chain,implement project-based teaching, and develop a mode in which teaching is not only integrated with learning and practice but is also coordinated with production and contest research. Internal construction can be strengthened by adjusting the direction of education in accordance with the tourism industry planning,and teachers and students can both improve their abilities of technological innovation.
