摘  要:近年来,越来越多的残疾学生进入普通高校,残疾人高等融合教育发展面临的障碍和挑战逐步显现,亟需建立适合我国国情的残疾人高等融合教育支持保障体系。树立“同班就读”全纳教育理念,制定听障生个性化学习方案,使听障生真正融入到大学英语教学中,真正体现“同等的权力”“同等的环境”“同等的地位”和“同等的教育”。In recent years, more and more disabled students have entered colleges and universities, and the obstacles and challenges faced by the development of higher inclusive education for the disabled have gradually emerged. It is urgent to establish a support and guarantee system for higher inclusive education for the disabled that is suitable for China’s national conditions. The inclusive education concept of “Equal Regular Education” should be established and the personalized learning programs for hearing-impaired students should be formulated, so that hearing-impaired students can truly integrate into teaching of college English course and truly reflect “equal right”, “equal environment”, “equal status” and “equal education”.
