摘 要:目的:以口腔修复临床实习前培训为例,探讨基于数字化技术的整合课程教学模式在口腔修复学教学中的可行性及应用前景。方法:在口腔修复科临床实习的前期加设一门由口腔解剖生理学、学及口腔修复体学的“整合教学”课程。“整合教学”课程由四次课组成:(1)介绍Dental CAD软件及使用方法;(2)使用Dental CAD软件复习牙体解剖形态特征及生理意义;(3)使用Dental CAD软件复习牙列、咬合和[牙合]相关的基础知识;(4)独立完成上颌第一磨牙的氧化锆解剖全冠修复体的设计。课后进行无记名问卷调查。结果:超过97%学生认为与传统教学相比,Dental CAD软件不仅能够更好帮助理解牙体解剖和[牙合]学知识,而且对修复临床工作有启发,在今后的牙体预备中会更加注意肩台、聚合度、固位形、预备体高度、邻牙,戴牙过程会更加注意修复体的外形、邻接、边缘、咬合等细节。结论:口腔医学本科生口腔修复临床实习前开展数字化设计整合课程可以提升学生对牙体解剖形态和学理论的认识和理解、以及对牙体预备标准的把握和修复体制作的要求,利于学生掌握口腔修复学的牙体缺损固定修复的理论知识和操作技能。本研究为口腔医学各类课程提供了整合课程教学思路,通过数字化技术搭建口腔基础课程与临床课程之间桥梁,有望借此推动教学改革,为口腔医学培养更多高素质人才。Objective:To discuss the feasibility and application prospect of the integrated course teaching mode based on digital technology in prosthodontics teaching,taking the pre-clinical training of prosthodontics as an example.Methods:In the early stage of clinical practice in the Department of Prosthodontics,an"integrated teaching"course was added,which included oral anatomy,occlusion and prosthodontics.The"integrated teaching"course consists of four lessons:(1)Introduce dental CAD software and its usage;(2)Use dental CAD software to review the anatomical features and physiological significance of teeth;(3)Use dental CAD software to review dentition,occlusion and other basic knowledge;(4)Independently complete the design of the zirconia anatomical full crown restoration of the maxillary first molar.Anonymous questionaires were conducted after the class.Results:More than 97%of students believed that compared with traditional teaching,Dental CAD software could not only Help the students understand dental anatomy and dental knowledge better,but also enlighten clinical work for dentists.The degree of polymerization,retention shape,height of preparation,adjacent teeth would be paid more attention during teeth preparation.The shape,proximal contacts,edge,and occlusion would also be paid more attention during clinical try-in process of the restoration.Conclusion:The digital design integration course for undergraduates of stomatology before the clinical practice of prosthodontics can improve students’knowledge and understanding of dental anatomy,occlusal theory,the standard of dental preparation and the requirements of restoration production,which is beneficial for students to master theoretical knowledge and operational skills of fixed restoration of tooth defects in prosthodontics.This study provides an integrated course teaching idea for various courses of stomatology,and builds a bridge between basic oral courses and clinical courses through digital technology,which is expected to promote teaching reform and cultivate m
