摘　　要：对老山芹主要营养物质、活性成分及药理活性、产业开发与利用现状等方面进行综述,并对其资源高值化开发提出展望,旨为老山芹研究和产业可持续发展提供科学依据。The main nutritional composition,active ingredient and pharmacological activity,industrial development and utilization status of Heracleum dissectum were summarized.Moreover,the high-value development of its resources was prospected,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research and sustainable development for industry of Heracleum dissectum.
