摘 要:目的了解2020年河南省市售大米、玉米中4种交链孢毒素的污染情况。方法采集2020年河南省粮食生产区中10个地市的105份玉米和大米样品,参考《2020年国家食品污染及有害因素风险监测工作手册》方法进行检测,对检测数据采用同位素稀释液相色谱-串联质谱法。结果10个地区的105份玉米和大米样品中,交链孢菌酮酸(TeA)检出率最高为34.28%;交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)检出率为6.67%;交链孢酚(AOH)和腾毒素(TEN)检出率较低,分别为1.90%和3.81%。结论河南省内市售大米和玉米中均存在交链孢毒素的污染,污染处于较低水平。Objective To understand the contamination of four alternaria toxins in corn and rice sold in Henan province in 2020.Methods In total,105 corn and rice samples were collected from 10 cities in the main grain producing areas of Henan province in 2020.The samples were detected based on the methods recommended by the National Risk Monitoring Manual for Food Pollution and Hazardous factors in 2020.The data were analyzed by isotope dilution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Results Among the 105 samples of wheat flour from the 10 regions,the detection rate of tenuazonic acid(TeA)was34.28%,which was the highest;the detection rate of alternariol methyl ether(AME)was 6.67%;the detection rate of alternariol(AOH)and tentoxin(TEN)were 1.90%and 3.81%,respectively.Conclusion The contamination of the alternaria toxins was detected in corn and rice sold in Henan,but the contamination was at a low level.
