摘  要:校长教师交流轮岗是我国为促进教育公平而采取的重要措施,但是教师、学校和政策制定者对等主体因对交流轮岗的需求不一致而存在不同问题。教师共同体是教师、学校和政策制定者需求交互的平台,可以协调与整合校长教师交流轮岗各方的需求,即可增强教师参与交流轮岗的意愿,通过共享实现交流轮岗学校的共同发展,缩短交流轮岗教师的过渡期,从而助力交流轮岗政策的施行。The rotation program of principals and teachers is an important measure taken by China to promote educational equity.However,some problems emerge as a result of the fact that teachers,schools and policy makers have different needs for the rotation program of principals and teachers.Teacher community is a platform for teachers,schools and policy makers to interact with each other for their needs,and can coordinate and integrate the needs of each side in the rotation program of principals and teachers.Teacher communities can enhance the willingness of teachers to participate in the program,realize the common development oqf schools of the rotation program through sharing,and shorten the transition period of rotating teachers,thus helping the practice of the rotation program of principals and teachers.
