摘 要:稳步发展职业本科教育是完善现代职业教育体系的关键。通过回溯政策变迁发现,“双高计划”学校已经获得举办职业本科教育的合法地位,在内部张力和外部张力共同作用下,“双高计划”学校将成为举办职业本科教育的主力军。然而在举办过程中还存在着制度供给乏力、自身定位模糊、社会认可度不高等现实困境,亟需通过加强顶层设计、制定标准、打造标杆、成果推广,为职业本科教育发展提供经验参考,以促进职业本科教育实现高质量发展。The steady development of vocational undergraduate education is the key to perfect the modern vocational education system.Looking back at the policy changes,it is found that the construction units of the“double-high plan”have obtained the legal status of holding vocational undergraduate education.Under the combined effect of internal tension and external tension,the construction units of the“double-high plan”will become the main force for holding vocational undergraduate education.However,in the process of holding,there are still practical difficulties such as lack of institutional support,vague self-positioning,and low social recognition.It is urgent to strengthen top-level design,formulate standards,create benchmarks,and promote results to provide experience and reference for the development of vocational undergraduate education to promote the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education.
