校企合作共同开发实践课程资源的探索与研究——以机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例

摘　　要：以机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,对校企合作共同开发实践课程资源进行探讨。明确了机械设计制造及其自动化专业对学生能力的要求,发现了专业实践课程资源存在的问题:部分教师的实践经验有些匮乏,满足企业招聘需求的工程技术人员数量有限。提出了校企共同开发实践课程资源的有效策略:以学生为中心,以机械工程领域需求为导向,校企协同重构课程体系;探索产教融合新模式,构建协同育人新机制,坚持“走出去”原则和“引进来”原则。通过校企合作的形式共同开发实践课程资源,实现学校与企业之间的信息资源共享,使学校与企业能够将各自的优势相结合,降低教育成本和创业成本,真正发挥教育领域的协同效应。Through taking mechanical design,manufacturing and automation major as an example,the study explores the development of practical curriculum resources under school-enterprise cooperation,clarifies the requirements of students from mechanical design,manufacturing and automation major.The problems of specialized practical curriculum resources are found out.Some teachers lack practical experience.The number of engineering technicians who can meet the demand of enterprise recruitment is limit.The effective strategies for the development of practical curriculum resources under school-enterprise cooperation are proposed,i.e.to be centered by students,be oriented by mechanical engineering field,reconstruct curriculum system under school-enterprise cooperation;explore the new mode of school-enterprise cooperation,construct the new mechanism of cooperative education,and insist on“going out”and“introducing”principle.It is suggested to develop practical curriculum resources under school-enterprise cooperation,share information resources between the school and enterprise,combine the advantages of the school and enterprise,reduce education entrepreneurship cost,and actually play the synergistic effect of education.
