摘　　要：基于综合职业能力理论,研究行业企业的职业能力需求新情况,以培养和提升高职毕业生的十大职业核心能力为目标,分析了就业市场和职场环境的新变化,提出高职教育在培养和提升学生职业核心能力的建议和对策。This paper analyzes the new changes of the employment market and career environment,studies the new situation of the vocational ability demand of enterprises based on the comprehensive vocational ability theory,aims at cultivating and improving the ten core vocational abilities of higher vocational college graduates,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for cultivating and enhancing the students'occupational core competence in higher vocational education.
