摘  要:《啤酒生产》课程是高职食品加工类专业的核心课程,为适应现代化企业岗位发展的要求,培养知识新、态度好、技能强的应用型人才需求,遵循啤酒生产工艺过程、生产连续性特点,重点培养学生学会啤酒生产过程工艺理论、设备使用及操作技能,树立安全意识,注重解决生产实际问题,构建“教学做一体化”的教学模式,以培养出满足相关岗位需求的应用型人才。The"Beer Production"course is the core course of higher vocational food processing majors.In order to meet the requirements of modern enterprise job development,cultivate application-oriented talents with new knowledge,good attitudes and strong skills,follow the beer production process and continuous production Sexual characteristics,focusing on cultivating students to learn beer production process technology theory,equipment use and operating skills,establish safety awareness,focus on solving practical problems in production,and build a teaching model of"integration of teaching and doing"to cultivate application-oriented skills that meet the needs of related positions Talent.
