摘  要:应用离子色谱法同时测定特香型白酒中九种有机酸,白酒样品经屈臣氏水稀释后直接进样,经有机酸色谱柱Dionex IonPac AS11-HC(4×250 mm)将样品中的甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、乳酸、异丁酸、戊酸、异戊酸、己酸分离,再经抑制型电导检测器直接检测。九种有机酸在0.2 mg/L~106 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性,加标回收率在94%~109%范围内,RSD%均小于3%。离子色谱法同时检测特香型白酒九种有机酸具有简便快捷高效、灵敏度高、结果稳定性好、干扰少等优点,检测数据结果准确可靠。Nine organic acids in special flavor liquor were determined by ion chromatography.The liquor sample was diluted with Watsons water and injected directly.The formic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid,lactic acid,isobutyric acid,valeric acid,isovaleric acid and caproic acid were separated by organic acid column Dionex IonPac AS11-HC(4×250 mm),and then detected directly by a suppressed conductance detector.The nine organic acids showed good linearity in the range of 0.2mg/L-106 mg/L,and the recoveries were in the range of 94%-109%with RSDS%less than 3%.The simultaneous detection of nine organic acids in special flavor liquor by ion chromatography has the advantages of simple,fast,high efficiency,high sensitivity,good result stability and less interference,and the detection data is accurate and reliable.
