摘  要:毒理学基础是预防医学本科生的一门重要的专业基础课程,兼具理论性和应用性。在传统的教学模式下,学生在理论课上被动接收知识,在实验课上重复示教操作完成实验,其知识应用能力和综合能力无法得到有效提升。针对毒理学基础实验教学中存在的具体问题,以问题导向学习(PBL)为理念,增加综合设计性实验环节,探索新的实验教学模式,为预防医学本科生的毒理学理论和研究方法的学习提供新的解决方案。Toxicology is an important professional basic course for undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine, which is both theoretical and applied. Under the traditional teaching mode, students passively receive knowledge in theory classes and repeat the teaching operation in experimental classes, so their knowledge application ability and comprehensive ability cannot be improved effectively. According to the specific problems existing in the experimental teaching of toxicology, based on the teaching concept of "problem-based learning",the comprehensive and designed experiments will beadded to explore a new experimental teaching mode, so as to provide new solutions for the learning of toxicology theories and research methods for undergraduate student smajoring in preventive medicine.
