听障大学生职业能力培养与就业需求满足研究

摘　　要：以北京联合大学特殊教育学院计算机科学与技术专业(以下简称“计算机专业”)听障大学生就业问题为研究对象,重点针对大学三年级、毕业年级(大四)、毕业生以及用人单位开展问卷调查,了解高校在在校生职业能力的培养、就业需求的满足方面亟待解决的问题并提出建议,力争在一定程度上缓解听障大学生的就业难题。本研究成果对同类兄弟院校具有借鉴和参考价值。This study aims to investigate the employment problems of hearing-impaired undergraduate students of computer science and technology major in the College of Special Education at Beijing Union University.Junior,senior students,graduates and employers participated in the questionnaire survey,focusing on what universities can do to train students vocational ability and meet the need of employment.Suggestions are put forward based on the survey results to ease job hunting difficulty for hearing-impaired university students.
