生态系统理论视域下教育惩戒的困境归因及路径探析

摘  要:教育惩戒是学校及教师实现有效教育与管理的必要手段。教育惩戒具有悠久的历史渊源、坚实的理论支撑、有力的法治保障以及真切的现实诉求,其规范化与制度化是教育发展的必然结果。基于生态系统理论,将教育惩戒的实施困境归因于教师权威地位的松动、家校关系的疏离与恶化以及个人主义观念的泛滥。为克服教育惩戒的实施困境,实现立德树人的教育目标,以家校合作为切入点,家长、教师及学校共同寻求教育惩戒的平衡点,通过树立正确的惩戒观念、实施惩戒适时适度、构建育人共同体以及开展惩戒后疏导等,帮助学生戒除不良行为,使教育惩戒的落实有力且有效。Educational discipline is a necessary means for schools and teachers to realize effective education and management.Educational punishment has a long historical origin,solid theoretical support,strong guarantee of the rule of law and real practical demands.Its standardization and institutionalization is the inevitable result of the development of education.Based on the ecosystem theory,the dilemma of the implementation of educational punishment is attributed to the loosening of teachers'authority,the alienation and deterioration of the relationship between home and school,and the proliferation of individualism.In order to overcome the difficulties in the implementation of educational punishment and achieve the educational goal of Building Morality and cultivating people,parents,teachers and schools jointly seek the balance of educational punishment from the starting point of home school cooperation,and help students get rid of bad behavior by establishing a correct concept of punishment,implementing punishment in a timely and appropriate manner,building an educational community and carrying out post punishment counseling,Make the implementation of education and punishment powerful and effective.
