摘  要:目的 对抚州市11个县区市售豆芽菜(绿豆芽、黄豆芽、花生芽)中7种植物生长调节剂(4-氯苯氧乙酸、2,4-D-乙酯、2,4-D-丁酯、β-萘乙酸、2,4-D、吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸)的污染情况调查分析。方法 从各农贸市场、超市采集豆芽菜44份,气相色谱-串联质谱法测定样品中7种植物生长调节剂的含量。结果 44份豆芽菜中,有19份检出植物生长调节剂,其中2份样品同时检出4-氯苯氧乙酸和吲哚乙酸,4-氯苯氧乙酸超标率均为11.36%(5/44)。吲哚乙酸的检出率为31.82%(14/44)。绿豆芽、黄豆芽、花生芽中4-氯苯氧乙酸的总检出率为11.36%(5/44),绿豆芽中4-氯苯氧乙酸的检出率、超标率均为9.09%(2/22),黄豆芽中4-氯苯氧乙酸的检出率、超标率均为23.08%(3/13),花生芽中未检出4-氯苯氧乙酸。结论 豆芽菜中的4-氯苯氧乙酸超标率为11.36%,存在一定的安全风险。Objective To investigate the contamination status of residues of 7 plant growth regulators including 4-chlorophe-noxyacetic acid,2,4-D-ethyl ester,2,4-D-butyl ester,β-naphthaleneacetic acid,2,4-D,indole acetic acid and indole butyric acid in bean sprouts sold in Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province.Methods A total of 44 samples of bean sprouts were collected from various agricultural markets and supermarkets in 11 counties in Fuzhou.The residues of plant growth regulators were determined by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Results Among the 44 samples of bean sprouts,plant growth regulators were detected in 19 samples;4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid and indole acetic acid were simultaneously detected"in two samples.The detection rate of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid was 11.36%(5/44).The detection rate of indoleacetic acid was 31.82%(14/44).The total detection rate of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid in mung bean sprouts,soybean sprouts,and peanut sprouts was 11.36%(5/44).The detection rate and exceeding rate of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid in mung bean sprouts were both 9.09%(2/22).The detection rate and exceeding rate of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid in soybean sprouts were both 23.08%(3/13).4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid was not detected in peanut sprouts.Conclusion The exceeding rate of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid in bean sprouts was 11.36%,indicating a security risk.
