摘　　要：教师作为社会一种特殊的职业类型,只有将这一职业视为一种重要的道德使命去体悟和践行,才能真正展示出教师教书育人的最大价值和时代魅力。而中小学班主任队伍是一支重要的德育力量,也是党和国家“立德树人”根本任务的主要实施者,班主任的师德素养直接反映一所学校教书育人的质量,笔者借助《中小学师德教育资源研发模式创新》这一项目研究,为了更进一步地激发中小学班主任主体践行师德的积极性和自律性,提升师德内化于心,外化于行的实效性。Teachers are a special type of profession in society. Only when they regard this profession as an important moral mission to realize and practice, can teachers truly demonstrate the greatest value and the charm of the times in teaching and educating people. The team of head teachers in primary and secondary schools is an important force for moral education and the main implementer of the party and the country’s fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people".With the help of the project "Innovation of Research and Development Models of Teacher Ethics Education Resources in Primary and Secondary Schools", purpose is to further stimulate the enthusiasm and self-discipline of primary and secondary school head teachers in practicing teachers’ ethics, and improve the effectiveness of internalizing and externalizing teachers’ ethics in practice.
