Clinical significance of "problem-based learning" teaching method in laboratory teaching

摘  要:目的探讨"问题式学习"教学方法在检验科带教中的应用效果.方法按随机数字表法将2018年1月-2021年1月于英德市人民医院检验科实习的实习生38名作为研究对象分为对照组和观察组,每组19例.对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组采用问题式学习教学方法.比较两组考试成绩、批判性思维能力水平和教学满意度.结果观察组理论知识(92.47±3.02)分、实践技能(92.76±3.11)分,均高于对照组的(84.52±5.13)分、(84.21±5.30)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05).观察组实习结束后CTDI-CV评分(226.90±9.29)分,高于对照组的(197.69±8.31)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05).观察组教学满意度评分中提高自主性学习(22.50±0.53)分、教学方法(22.52±0.56)分、学习兴趣激发(22.51±0.49)分、提高解决问题能力(22.59±0.45)分,均高于对照组的(20.16±1.23)分、(20.18±1.15)分、(20.21±1.18)分、(20.22±1.24)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论问题式学习教学方法能够提高检验科实习生对理论知识和实践技能的掌握,有助于培养学生批判性思维能力,提升教学满意度.0bjective To explore the application effect of"problem-based learning"teaching method in laboratory teaching.Methods According to the random number table method,38 interns in the laboratory department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were divided into control group and observation group,with 19 cases in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the observation group used problem-based learning teaching methods.The test scores,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge(92.47±3.02)and practical skills(92.76±3.11)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(84.52±5.13)and(84.21±5.30)(P<0.05).The CTDI-CV score of the observation group(226.90±9.29)was significantly higher than that of the control group(197.69±8.31)(P<0.05).In the teaching satisfaction score of the observation group,the scores of Improving Autonomous Learning(22.50±0.53),teaching methods(22.52±0.56),stimulating learning interest(2.51±0.49)and improving problem-solving ability(22.59±0.45)were higher than those of the control group(20.16±1.23),(20.18±1.15),(20.21±1.18)and(20.22±1.24)(P<0.05).Conc lus ion The problem-based learning teaching method can improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of laboratory interns,help to cultivate students'critical thinking ability and improve teaching satisfaction.
