摘  要:根据环境微生物学实验课程的教学安排,将流式细胞仪实验技术融入实验课程,设计了“抗生素对铜绿微囊藻生长性能的影响”示例实验,实现环境微生物学、现代仪器分析技术与学生实际操作能力培养的有效融合。实践表明,实验教学中融入新技术方法,与传统测试方法进行对比,既丰富实验教学内容又增加实验趣味性,实验教学效果得到显著提升,同时大大提高了大型仪器在实验教学中的应用频率。According to the teaching arrangement of the environmental microbiology experiment course,the flow cytometer experiment technology is integrated into the experiment course.A demonstration experiment of“Effect of antibiotics on the growth performance of microcystis aeruginosa”is designed.This realizes the effective integration of environmental microbiology,instrumental analysis technologyand the cultivation of students’hands-on ability.The new technology of flow cytometer is integrated into the experimental teaching compared with the traditional test method.As a result,the content of experiment teaching is colorful and interesting,which greatly improves the effect of experiment teaching,and the application frequency of large instruments in experimentteaching has also been significantly improved.
