英国BTEC职业教育与多元互动教学模式对营养学课程改革的启示

摘  要:营养学作为未来社会发展离不开的行业,具有良好的就业前景。为了提升教学质量与效率,适应时代的发展要求,高职院校营养学专业需要实现课程的改革与创新。根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的意见,高职院校应当加强应用型人才培养,而这一理念与英国BTEC职业教育专业的人才培养目标相符,可以借鉴英国BTEC的教学大纲,创新营养学课程的教学模式,通过多元互动,充分彰显学生在学习中的主体地位。以互联网在教学中的应用为基础,构建全新的营养学教学模式,提升整体的教学效率与质量,是营养学课程改革的应然之举。As an industry inseparable from future social development,nutrition science has a favorable career prospects.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching and meet the development requirements of the times,nutriology in higher vocational colleges needs to realize the reform and innovation of the curriculum.According to the"National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan",higher vocational colleges should strengthen the training of applied talents,and this concept is in line with the talent training goals of the BTEC vocational education major.The teaching mode of innovative nutrition courses,through multiple interactions,fully demonstrates the dominant position of students in learning.Based on the application of the Internet in teaching,building a new nutrition teaching mode and improving the overall teaching efficiency and quality is the natural course reform of nutrition.
