摘  要:现代学徒制是推动产教融合、校企合作,提升现代职业教育质量的重要举措。基于在财经类专业现代学徒制试点面临的困境与缺失进行深入分析,提出“校企阶段性双轨交互式”现代学徒制人才培养模式,设立“基础层、运营层、经营层”三个层级职业梯、构建“1+1+3”的N课程体系、打造多层融合型教师团队、建立“企业-学校”双向岗位认证评价体系,形成完善的改革体系,并以重庆财经职业学院为案例,总结实践成效。最终在理论研究与实践检验基础上总结性提出高职院校财经类专业实施现代学徒制改革的有效路径。The modern apprenticeship system is an important initiative to promote the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation and improve the quality of modern vocational education.Based on the in-depth analysis of the dilemmas and shortcomings faced by the pilot modern apprenticeship system of finance and economics majors,the article creatively proposes the"school-enterprise phased two-track interactive"modern apprenticeship talent cultivation model,establishes the three-level career ladder of"basic layer,operation layer and operation layer",builds the N curriculum system of“1+1+3”,constructs a multi-level integrated teacher team,sets up a“enterprise-school”two-way post certification evaluation system,and forms a sound reform system.It takes Chongqing College of Finance and Economics as an example to summarize the practical results.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research and practical test,an effective way is proposed to carry out modern apprenticeship reform in higher vocational colleges.
