摘 要:劳动教育是一种以立德树人和促进学生全面发展为指导思想、以发展学生劳动知识、技能和能力以及个人社会意义为目的的教育活动。作为新时代的劳动教育,必然会受到数字化等外部环境的影响,因此混合式劳动教育应运而生。混合式劳动教育以混合式教学思想为基础对传统劳动教育结构重组创新,以技术为中介、以学生为中心对劳动教育的各个要素进行有机而非机械的混合,围绕劳动教育的理论教学和实践活动来驱动劳动教育创新。该文以“三全育人”为理念,以劳动教育师资力量、劳动教育内容、劳动教育形式和数字化技术为核心要素构建的混合式劳动教育结构和高指引性的实施策略,不仅能够培育学生具备良好的劳动素养和技能,还能加强培养学生的责任担当、沟通交流、团队协作、创造性思维等一系列作为新时代学生所需的社会能力。Labor education is an educational activity with the ideology of cultivating morality education and promoting the overall development of students,and the purpose of developing students’labor knowledge,skills,and abilities as well as personal social significance.As labor education in the new era is bound to be affected by external environments such as digitalization,blended labor education came into being.Blended labor education reorganizes and innovates the traditional labor education structure based on blended instruction.It mixes various elements of labor education with technology as the mediator and students as the center and drives innovations in labor education around theoretical teaching and practical activities.Based on the concept of“three comprehensive education,”the blended labor education structure and its implemental strategy are constructed with the core elements of labor education teachers,labor education content,labor education form,and digital technology.This study can cultivate not only students with good literacy and skills but also strengthens the cultivation of students’responsibility,communication,teamwork,creative thinking,and other social skills required by students in the new era.
