基于教师特征的大学生评教分数实证分析——以安徽省C大学为例

摘　　要：利用安徽省C大学学生网上评教系统的真实数据,选取教师特征这一背景因素,借助统计推断方法对高校教师特征和学生评教分数两者之间的关系进行关联性分析。结果表明:不同性别和不同职称的教师在学生评教分数上无显著性差异;不同年龄、不同岗位类型和不同学院的教师在学生评教分数上有显著性差异。On the basis of the real data in the system of students’online evaluation of teaching of C University in Anhui Province,the correlation between college teachers’characteristics and scores of students’evaluation of teaching is analyzed with the aid of statistical inference method by selecting the background factor of teacher’s characteristics.The results show that there is no significant difference in the evaluation scores for teachers with different genders and professional titles,while there are significant differences in the evaluation scores for teachers of different ages,posts,and departments.
