摘 要:从教师教育专业化入手来剖析教师教育体系建设中存在的问题及应对出路:首先借由对医学教育专业标准的分析推演出教师教育专业化的指标;然后从教师专业性、我国教师教育现状、大学化与专业化关系等角度分析教师教育专业化的价值,发现目前我国教师教育问题症结在于教师教育去专业化;进而从宏观、中观和微观三个层面和学科建设对目前我国教师教育专业化进行路径分析。This study analyzes the issues and solutions of teacher education system in China from the perspective of professionalization of teacher education.The study firstly deduces the index of professionalization of teacher education based on the analysis of professional standard of medical education,then analyzes the value of teacher education specialization from the perspectives of teacher professionalism,the status quo of teacher education in China,the relationship between universalization and specialization,finding that the crux of the problem of teacher education in China lies in teacher education’s de-professionalization.Finally,from the macro,medium and micro levels and subject construction,the study makes path analysis of the present teacher education professionalization.
