摘　　要：高等学校以“立德树人”为中心,持续深化课程思政建设,是坚持社会主义办学方向的必然要求,是解决教育首要问题的根本举措,也是构建德智体美劳全面培养的高校教育体系和人才培养体系的切入点。文章基于新冠肺炎疫情防控情势下食品营养学开展课程思政建设的实践探索,就课程思政的元素挖掘、深度融入、遇到困难和挑战以及瓶颈突破等,进行梳理分析,并对不断提升课程思政建设水平提出相应建议。Taking"fostering virtue through education"as the center,colleges and universities continue to deepen the construction of curriculum ideological and politics,which is the inevitable requirement of adhering to the direction of socialist education,the fundamental measure to solve the primary problem of education,and the starting point of building a comprehensive education system and personnel training system for all-round development of moral,intellectual and physical education.Based on the practical exploration of ideological and political construction in the course of Food Nutrition under the situation of COVID-19 prevention and control,this paper combs and analyzes the elements of excavation,in-depth integration,difficulties and challenges,bottleneck breakthroughs,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the level of Ideological and political construction.
