摘　　要：社会角色是社会学领域中的重要概念。幼儿教师作为幼儿教育的直接实施者,承担着重要的社会责任,其角色建构关系到我国学前教育的开展质量。从社会学视角出发,分析我国幼儿教师角色的特点和角色扮演中存在的问题,可为幼儿教师的角色建构提出对策。Social role is an important concept in the field of sociology.As the direct implementer of early childhood education,preschool teachers bear an important social responsibility,and their role construction is related to the quality of preschool education in China.From the perspective of sociology,this study analyzes the characteristics of the role of preschool teachers in China and the problems existing in the role play,and puts forward countermeasures for the construction of the role of preschool teachers.
