摘 要:线上教学已成为高职院校常态化教学的重要形式,而教师线上教学投入直接关乎线上教学的质量。通过对青岛酒店管理职业技术学院在线教学平台中的教师教学行为数据进行K-means聚类分析和各学期行为数据的均值比较发现:教师整体线上教学投入不足,线上教学行为尚待优化;教学精力投入有所改善,线上教学资源较为完备;教学情感投入严重缺失,线上深度交互亟待加强。针对这些问题,可采取如下措施:改进教师激励措施,以增加线上教学整体投入;转变教师角色,以强化线上教学情感投入;加强教师培训,以提升线上教学设计能力。Online teaching has become an important form of normal teaching,and teachers'online teaching devotion is directly related to the quality of online teaching.Through the K-means cluster analysis of teachers'teaching behavior data in the online teaching platform of X College and the comparison of the mean value of behavior data in each semester,it is found that the overall online teaching devotion of teachers is insufficient,and the online teaching behavior needs to be optimized;The devotion of teaching energy has been improved,and the online teaching resources are relatively complete;There is a serious lack of emotional devotion in teaching,and online in-depth interaction needs to be strengthened.To solve these problems,some suggestions are proposed,including that,the teacher incentives should be improved to enhance the overall devotion in online teaching;the role of teachers should be changed to strengthen the emotional devotion in online teaching;teacher training should be strengthened to improve online teaching design ability.
