摘  要:创建“临床思维方法与决策”课程及教学实践,旨在解决临床医学教育单一系统一贯制、缺乏多学科指导的临床思维课程问题,解决临床思维课程教学团队组成结构及教学能力资源优化及整合问题,以及临床思维培养缺乏有效的多维度评价体系及全过程管理问题。建立跨学科教育教学新模式,以提高医学生临床思维能力、临床实践能力等为目标,最终培养及提高医学生临床岗位胜任力,强化医学思政教育,提高人文职业素质水平,实施“卓越医生教育培养计划”。The purpose of Clinical Thinking Method and Decision course is to solve the single system of clinical medicine education and the lack of guidance of multidisciplinary clinical thinking course,to optimize and integrate the structure of clinical faculty and the teaching resources of lability,and to settle the lack of effective multi-dimensional evaluation system and management during clinical thinking cultivation.With the goal of improving medical students’clinical thinking and practice ability,we established a new mode of interdisciplinary education and teaching to cultivate and improve medical students’clinical post competence,strengthen medical ideological and political education to improve humanistic professional quality,and implement“Excellent Doctor Education and Training Plan”.
