职业院校教师教学能力现代化建设的思考

摘　　要：教师现代化是《中国教育现代化2035》的重要内容,无论是站在“三教改革”的角度,还是教学创新团队的角度,职业院校教师教学能力的现代化建设都是现代职业教育高质量发展的关键。可从教育现代化对职业院校教师的发展要求出发,分析职业院校教师教学能力现代化四个方面的素质与内涵,并从标准体系建设、培训体系建设、发展平台建设和发展保障建设等方面,对职业院校教师教学能力的现代化建设提出可实施的相关策略和路径。Teacher modernization is an important content of China’s educational modernization 2035.Whether from the perspective of“three education reform”or the perspective of teaching innovation team,the modernization of teachers’teaching ability in vocational colleges is the key to the high-quality development of modern vocational education.Starting from the requirements of educational modernization for the development of vocational college teachers,this paper analyzes the quality and connotation of the modernization of Vocational College Teachers’teaching ability in four aspects,and puts forward relevant strategies and paths for the modernization of Vocational College Teachers’teaching ability from the aspects of standard system construction,training system construction,development platform construction and development guarantee construction.
