摘  要:目的探索以问题为导向教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)联合讲授式教学法(Lecture-based Learning,LBL)在中医风湿病住培临床教学中的适用性和适宜内容设置。方法纳入2019年6月—2020年1月、9—11月(10个月)于中日友好医院中医风湿病科住培的学员,采用PBL联合LBL教学法进行临床教学,通过问卷调查、半结构访谈和出科考核进行分析评价。结果共纳入学员102名,访谈学员30名,教师4名,分析发现PBL联合LBL是中医风湿病住培临床教学的适宜教学方法,适用于常见病的临床教学,其中PBL适合常规知识点讲授,而LBL适合系统知识串讲或专业性强、具有难度、拓展性知识的讲解。PBL教学问题设置应兼具开放性、启发性和思辨性,并围绕临床,注重中医思维和学术思想传承。结论PBL联合LBL适用于中医风湿病住培临床教学,应用时需注意内容选择和问题设置。Objective To explore the applicability and appropriate content setting of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with lecture-based learning(LBL)in clinical teaching of standardized training of residents in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rheumatism.Methods standardized resident training students in department of rheumatology of TCM in China-Japan Friendship Hospital within 10 months were enrolled in this study.PBL combined with LBL were used in clinical training.The analysis and evaluation were carried out through questionnaire survey,semi-structure interview and examination.Results 102 standardized resident training students were enrolled,while 30 students and 4 teachers were interviewed in this study.PBL combined with LBL was an appropriate teaching method in standardized training of residents on TCM rheumatism,and was suitable for clinical training of common diseases.Of which,PBL was suitable for general knowledge,and LBL was suitable for systematic,professional,complexity and extended knowledge.The setting of PBL teaching problems should be open,enlightening and speculative,focus on clinic,and pay attention to TCM thinking and academic inheritance.Conclusion PBL combined with LBL is an appropriate teaching method in standardized training of residents on TCM rheumatism,while teaching contents should be well selected and questions should be well designed.
