摘　　要：目的探究急诊科医师应用网格化管理的可行性。方法选取2019年8月—2021年9月东平县人民医院急诊科在职医师20名,根据时间不同分为管理前(2019年8月—2020年8月)和管理后(2020年9月—2021年9月),管理前实施传统管理模式,管理后实施网格化管理模式,对比管理前后医师急救技能、综合能力及评判性思维。结果管理后医师止血引流、心肺复苏、气道管理、胃肠减压、穿刺技术等急救技能评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后医师观察分析、诊断鉴别、风险评估、病例讨论、冷静应变等综合能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后医师求知欲、寻找真相、分析能力、开放思想、系统组织能力、认知成熟度、评判思维自信等评判性思维能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科医师应用网格化管理模式的管理效果更加突出,可显著提高医师急救技能、综合能力及评判性思维,在强化急诊科医师岗位胜任力方面取得明显成效。Objective To explore the feasibility of emergency department physicians applying grid management.Methods A total of 20 in-service physicians in the emergency department of Dongping County People's Hospital hospital from August 2019 to September 2021 were selected.According to different time,it was divide into before management(August 2019 to August 2020)and after management(September 2020 to September 2021).The traditional management mode was implemented before management,and the grid management mode was implemented after management.The first aid skills,comprehensive ability and critical thinking of physicians before and after management were compared.Results After management,the scores of physicians'first aid skills such as hemostasis and drainage,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,airway management,gastrointestinal decompression,and puncture techniques were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of physicians'observation and analysis,diagnosis identification,risk assessment,case discussion,and calm response after management were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The critical thinking ability scores of physicians after management,such as curiosity,truth-seeking,analytical ability,open-mindedness,system organization ability,cognitive maturity,and self-confidence in critical thinking,were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of grid management mode applied by emergency department physicians is more prominent.It can significantly improve the first aid skills,comprehensive ability and critical thinking of physicians,and achieve obvious results in strengthening the competence of emergency department physicians.
