摘 要:师范生教育实习评价关涉卓越教师培养与未来人才夯基,是深化师范教育评价改革的关键环节。“景观性”教育实习评价是当前我国师范生教育实习评价的基本样貌,以指标表象、主体分离和控制共谋为内核特征,表现为“片段指标的独白”。“景观帝国”阻碍了生命本能力量的释放,掣肘了师范人才自然有效的成长,消解了文化流变的动能。“审美性”教育实习评价是“景观性”的超越之道,生发于谱系生命美学,尊重评价主体个性的、关系的、历史的能量绵延,表现为“文化生命的交响”。推进师范生教育实习审美评价,需要从灵性复归的主体性审美、彼此介入的间性审美、经纬对话的开放性审美三个方面着手,最终实现“各美其美,美人之美,美美与共”的评价理想。The student teachers’teaching practicum evaluation is related to the cultivation of outstanding teachers and the foundation of future talents,which is one of the key steps of deepening the educational evaluation reform.The spectacle teaching practicum evaluation is the basic appearance of current student teachers’teaching practicum evaluation in China.It takes the representation of indicators,the separation of subjects,and the collusion of control as core features,which is manifested as the monologue of fragmentary indicators.The spectacle empire concealed the release of life instinct,hampered the natural and effective growth of teachers,and dissolved the energy of cultural evolution.The aesthetic teaching practicum evaluation is the transcendence of spectacle.It takes root in genealogical bio-aesthetics,respects the individual,associated and historical stretch of energy,and is the resonance of cultural life.To promote the aesthetics teaching practicum evaluation,it is necessary to start from three aspects:the subjective aesthetic of spiritual return,the intervening aesthetic of mutual intervention,and the open aesthetic of dialogue between latitude and longitude.Thus,it finally realizes the educational ideal of understanding yourself form of beauty,appreciating other form of beauty,and sharing all forms of beauty".
