摘　　要：当前,我国教育进入高质量发展的新阶段,区域教育高质量发展面临新的形势和挑战。从区域的角度看,东中西部、城乡以及省域、县域等区域教育发展仍然存在不小差距。区域教育高质量发展必须深刻把握区域教育高质量发展的必要性、基本内涵与基本要求,以更加广阔的视野看待区域教育发展问题,系统分析内外部发展环境,科学评估区域教育发展能力与特征,找准区域高质量发展的核心优势,寻求区域教育实现最优化发展,走上区域教育高质量发展之路。Nowadays,though the education in China enters the new high-quality developmental stage,the high-quality development of the regional education is facing new challenges.From the regional perspective,gap of regional education still exists between the east,center and west of China,the urban and rural areas and counties.The necessity,connotation and requirements are important for the high-quality development regional of the regional education,with widening vision,systematical analysis or the outer developmental surroundings,scientific evaluation of developmental abilities and features,focusing advantages and optimizational development.
