摘　　要：2020年初,新冠疫情的爆发对我国乃至于全世界的教育发展都产生了重大影响。“互联网+”教育理论构建新的教育形式,疫情背景下的中俄在线教育成为主要手段,中俄在线教育发展适应形势,获得大发展,自主建设平台,构建教师队伍,解决资源冗杂,平台共享,均衡配置,实现跨境教育合作的问题。Since the beginning of 2020,the outbreak of COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the development of education in China and around the world.“Internet+”education theories should build a new form of education.Under the background of the outbreak,Sino-Russian online education has become the main means.For addressing the problems in redundant resources,platform sharing,balanced allocation and realizing cross-border education cooperation,Sino-Russian online education should adapt to the current situation for making better development,independently construct the platform,and set up teaching staff.
